Today I just wanted to write a little bit about a lovely wedding ceremony venue here on the Northern Beaches…Manly Golf Club.
I am often asked to officiate as a celebrant at weddings at Manly Golf Club, and hence I am in a good position to be able to offer valuable advice and practical tips to any of my couples choosing to be married at this lovely venue.
Manly Golf Club is located in the hinterland just behind the beautiful Manly Beach. It’s a unique venue, the clubhouse itself is regarded as one of Sydney’s finest Georgian Mediterranean buildings, and it overlooks the beautiful greens and park lands of the course. The club has won many awards and takes great pride in providing both a venue and service of the highest standard.
The club offers two options for on site wedding ceremonies –
-Their chapel is a beautiful room with a high, vaulted ceiling, and is ideal for an intimate wedding ceremony (maximum of 90 guests seated or 110 standing).
– The 12th tee (adjacent to the club) with the magnificent clubhouse as the backdrop. In case of bad weather on your wedding day, the chapel can be your fall-back option.
