A little something about Dianne Morpurgo: that’s hard to do – she’s such a kind and generous person I could be writing this for weeks!!! We spent a little over 16 months getting to know Dianne from the date we first contacted her until the day that she married us and I can honestly say, we couldn’t have found a nicer celebrant to deal with. She welcomed us into her home, with the biggest of hugs and made us feel like family as she helped us prepare for our wedding. As you all know, a wedding is a stressful event – but with Dianne’s help and support, the ceremony was a smooth and uncomplicated process – simply perfect.

Dianna offered excellent advice in the run up to the wedding, made suggestions about what we might include, and importantly, kept true to her word and created an event that was exactly what we wanted. On the day of our wedding – a beach wedding with a reception on a boat on the Harbour – it poured with rain and this is where Dianna came into her own. She calmly organised the emergency marque set up for our guests, carried on regardless of the raging torrent that the beach turned into, and didn’t once complain about getting soaked to the bone herself. Wow what can we say…… Thank you one thousand times over for marrying us on 6th Feb 2010 at the Long Reef Golf Club. Never would we have ever imagined that our meetings with our chosen celebrant would become our favorite part of the whole three months planning our special day.
We both knew immediately upon meeting with you that we wanted you there with us. You are always so generous, loving & caring, while at the same time still getting the job done! Every time we spoke, you made us feel very special, and of course you always managed to get me talking and talking and talking.
I want you to know that I felt very comforted to see you when you met me before walking down the isle to an amazing ceremony that the three of us planned together.
We will now miss our regular meetings very much, it was always so great seeing your smiling face and receiving a warm hug on arrival.
